#Case study: How we built a charity platform to make the donation process easier

Project: Donation Box

Link: https://donationbox.site

This case study is really special for our team, as it not only aims to educate but also to raise awareness about a charity initiative that our team was working on for a while.

After we created the website for Prytula Foundation, we were approached by many other foundations with a similar request, but since we didn't have enough resources to implement it, we came up with the Donation Box project.

And that’s when the idea was born. We decided to create a charity initiative, a website-platform where volunteers and others involved in providing assistance to the military and war victims, can publish fundraising campaigns.

The goal was to create a common space where any Ukrainian could post a fundraising campaign and make the whole donation process easier.

Donation Box is really simple to use. There is a whole page with detailed instructions on how the platform works.

Basically, right after you are registered, you can submit a form and publish your fundraising campaign. The form includes fields for requisites, author’s initials, and a field where the volunteers can attach a confirmation of their needs/activity.

The advantage of the Donation Box is that a person who sees your fundraising publication, can easily copy the card requisites or send a donation directly to Mono bank.

Due to the fact that the platform was just launched, not many people know about it. Therefore, we hope for your support and engagement under this post.

Together, let's fill the donation box with hope, compassion, and transformative change for those in need. Join us in building a brighter future for Ukraine!
