Sport is a topic that can be talked about as much as you want. You can talk about sports forever. And we want to tell you what place sport occupies in the lives of TheUpperCode employees.
So we decided to conduct a small survey among our team members about how sport affects their lives. We suggest you read the answers we received below.
From an early age, I was accustomed to an active lifestyle, I did not do professional sports, but I always tried to make sports present in my life. Although you know, I had a period when I was involved in athletics, only six months, but since then I am in love with running. And in general, I love any cardio. Cardio workouts make my heart beat faster, and it always reminds me of what a wonderful life it is. Every day I do exercise, do morning yoga, a walk in the fresh air, or training in the gym. It does not matter what I choose today, it is important that I choose sports.
Sport has always been in my life. Since childhood, I have been interested in various sports. Then I came to the gym, and after a while, boxing came into my life. I happily remember the times when I was boxing. This is a sport that has a positive effect on the formation of personality and hardens the character. I also played basketball and took part in a lot of competitions. I am currently a professional powerlifter. I have the title of master of sports. But that's not all, then only onwards and upwards!
Sport is a part of me. I've been playing sports for as long as I can remember myself. Sports, travel, and active recreation make my life better and brighter. I can't spend a day without physical activity. It charges me with energy and motivation to move on in all areas of my life. I do boxing, marathon running, and powerlifting. Boxing helps me cope with my emotions, get rid of stress and tension. If we talk about running, I ran countless kilometers. Although, Adidas Runtastic knows exactly how many kilometers are already on my account. And I have a special relationship with powerlifting, now I have the title of candidate for master of sports and I'm not going to stop.
I love sports, especially running. Running makes me free, free from obsessions. Morning jogging helps to cheer up my body and spirit, and evening jogging calms and makes my sleep much better. I like how clear my thoughts become after running. Sport helps me generate creative ideas and put them into practice. I used to take an active part in various marathons, although at the moment it is a thing of the past, running will remain in my life forever. I want to end my story with a quote from the great ultramarathoner Dean Karnazes - “Running is finding your inner peace, and therefore a well-lived life."
Undoubtedly, sport is an important part of everyone's life. Sport trains the body and heals the soul. I have been a professional boxer since childhood. I took part in a lot of competitions, which taught me never to give up and still go to my goal. Boxing has hardened my character and given me invaluable knowledge that I continue to use in my life. Do sports and you will be happy!
So, judging by the answers, TheUpperCode is not only an example of high intelligence but also a physically developed and hardened team.
Do sports, because in a healthy body - a healthy spirit!
