TheUpperCode | The values of The UpperCode team! | Ruby on Rails

One of the things that make The UpperCode special is that all members of our team share similar values. We believe that this is exactly the key to mutual understanding and effective communication within the community. More precisely, all of us are extremely passionate about everything related to sports. You may have already guessed from the name of our company 🙂

Why sport? Well, not only it's a hobby that we all enjoy, but also it helps us to maintain a good physical and mental shape. In our office, we have various sports equipment to use during breaks.

We even use a whiteboard to track the progress of each team member. It really helps us maintain team spirit and motivate each other towards self-improvement! 🏅
